Made an appointment. Told receptionist we had 2 tanks. She quoted us a price. I asked if they gave discounts for cash. She said they did. Made an appointment which company later canceled due to truck breakdown. Rescheduled for 10:00 a.m. today. Truck didn't show. Called office at 11:30. she advised driver may be running late. Driver showed at 2:45. Stated he could only empty 1 tank due to frost laws. Receptionist never said a word. Called office the lady lied and said she told all customers about frost law going on last Wednesday . Terrible customer service.

I called around to get prices for pumping out my septic tanks. Wondergem had the best price and was friendly on the phone. I made an appointment for the following Monday at sometime between noon and 5:00. On Monday, I called to check to make sure they were coming and was told they would be there during the scheduled period. I dug out the tank lids and waited and waited, until 6:00, but they never showed or bothered to call to say they couldn't make it and to reschedule. I understand delays, but not just not showing up and not calling. I found a different company to service I've my tanks. One star is too many.

I called them last week and got set up with an appointment for them to come out yesterday. Also called yesterday to verify that they was gonna be here and they was a no call no show.
