Ditto Autumns review plus some .. Cory has completely ghosted us and owes us a substantial amount of work to be completed that was paid for up front! He will not answer his phone now after been given the run around time and time again with lie after lie for the greater part of a year and a half. This is Completely unacceptable and I certainly will be warning all social media platforms and groups up in the Boyne City area to steer clear of this man and his business!

Did not finish the job, but they were paid in full. I still have a light fixture that doesn't work and a ceiling fan that shakes and wobbles. The owner, Cory, was supposed to come back once I received a part needed. The part was received shortly after the last appointment, but it has been almost 1 year and the work remains incomplete. The last communication that I received was in September, that indicated he had family issues and moved to Boyne, and that he would (for the 3rd time) "reach out next week" to get me scheduled. I have received no communications as of the date of this review. It's very disappointing and disheartening to write a review like this, as I believe in using, supporting and promoting locally owned businesses. I understand that situations happen in life that are difficult, especially when related to family. But it does not excuse taking payment of someone's hard earned money for an agreed upon job and then not honoring the commitment to finish the work. It's highly unprofessional. I had hoped to get this resolved without having to write a negative review. Based on the lack of response and accountability that Cory has demonstrated to this point, I have been left no choice, and hope to prevent other consumers from losing their hard earned income. I will next file complaints with the State of Michigan, Better Business Bureau and the IBEW.

Synergy electric installed a fan box and ceiling fan in my kids bedroom. Did an excellent job and definitely would use them again in the future. Service: Fan installation
