Good, honest, customer oriented and friendly people. Bought red oak planks that were better and less expensive than Home Depot. I will go there first for lumber needs.

This review is for the kitchen department and Michael (my salesperson), I have no issue with Iverson's other departments. I received my original kitchen cabinetry quote from a local custom cabinet company. Since I had ordered some cabinets from Michael in the past, I thought I would give him the opportunity to quote the kitchen. I went so far as to give him the competitors designs so he could quote 'apples to apples'. His quote was more than $11K higher than competitor; not a small amount. He bad mouthed the competitor repeatedly and convinced me that the company he represented was so much better. I convinced my husband that we would be 'much better off' spending the extra money and going with Michael. Rather than going into each painful step- and there are many- if I ordered from Company 'A' I would have had my cabinets June 2023 and installed EASILY before the holidays. Instead- delays in ordering. Kitchen torn up for: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. It is March, and due to details is STILL incomplete. Michael has made countless promises that he did not keep. I am upset and irritated, but I would be far less upset if I had more communication and information (date missing items ordered, what items were included on order/estimated arrival/follow up with manufacturer, etc.) KEEP YOUR PROMISES. UPDATES This review is my final straw. I am tired of chasing down Michael to keep his word that he will fix the items that arrived from the manufacturer incomplete/incorrect. I am capable of fixing them, but why should I have to? I paid for a complete product, I should receive what I ordered.

This is the real deal lumber yard. Friendly knowledgeable staff and quality products.
