        Let's be realistic. I'm seeing a lot of mixed reviews about this place, and they are not even addressing what's wrong. I've lived here for 2 years because the rent is cheap and plan on moving soon. The whole summer the entire park smells like literal s%*t due to the sewage waste facility behind the park. Pretty much every couple week they are either flushing hydrants or some other odd reason we can't use the water. The water also smells like s%*t and is white when you put it in a cup, it's disgusting I haven't ever drunk any water from here. Interior of rentals is pretty nice I will say that especially for the price but with everything else being said I would not recommend renting her and I would NEVER buy a home here.

        This is a horrible place to live. The office managers are rude and disrespectful. They tag cars and tow them for stupid reasons. Everyone in the park is always in everyone's business. Kids stealing things out of yards. Dogs running around all over with no leashes. My child was almost attacked by one of the dogs. Neighbors pulls a gun on people for standing up for themselves. It's nothing but a nightmare. I give this place no stars! Don't come and live here.
