        Had my first appointment today and was very nice, therapist was understanding and supportive. First time trying out therapy and obviously there is a lot more to come but made it a very nice environment to open up more in the future

        The therapists are wonderful, however, if you need to speak to someone about administrative issues, it is awful. I've waited on hold for hours. Blue Cross Blue Shield waited on hold for hours trying to help get my bills paid and new insurance input. I would love to give 5 stars but it seems they are horribly understaffed and cannot respond to the phones.

        Life stance has been excellent to work with. With all acquisitions theres some initial adjustments and I did note some initially after perspectives was acquired. However since then, the additional available services has been amazing! The portal improved, additional med management became available and my providers have been amazing all along! Theyve been flexible and helped me work through insurance changes too. Super grateful for Sharee & Heather.
