I am currently stranded in the middle of the night in Ohio because after getting my brakes done THIS MORNING they went out while I was driving down the interstate- I only found out when I had to brake for a semi slowing down and my pedal was to the floor and I couldnt stop. I was able to get off the highway with my emergency brake and have to pay for emergency roadside assistance. Sloppy and unacceptable. 0/5, would not recommend. Update: The customer service staff and the in- house staff made this as right as they could by fixing the mistake and getting me in touch with the regional manager, who was less than friendly about my request for the work reimbursement, but at the end of the day, he said he would honor it. I do appreciate the accountability and getting the situation as handled as it could be. Second Update: its been a month, and I still have not received the check I was promised. No communication from the Regional Manager either.

RUN. They lie. Tried to sell me parts my car did not need. Then they denied any knowledge of their offer on their own website. When they wanted to sell me unnecessary parts they had my cars brake pads. When they wanted to blame their completly unrelated call-center for their own ignorance of their online offer, they then didn't have the pads. (Which is it?) After they checked with the manager and decided it was okay to honor their advertised price, the pads were put on. All around they lied the whole time. I don't trust the work and will have the pads checked on somewhere else.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to take a moment and write about my service experience. I took my 06 Kia Sportage to them with a nonfunctional speedometer. Being an electrical issue, I assumed it would take a week to be diagnosed and fixed. This shop diagnosed and replaced my vehicle speed sensor in 3 days! When I went to get the car I was excited to have it back and drove away. Shortly after leaving, my car took a swan dive. It was stuck in second gear and struggling to go anywhere. Immediately I called them back and they told me to bring it straight back in. Turns out the calibration for my speed sensor didnt go through. damn computers are so picky.. upon returning they dropped everything they were working on hooked up the computer and fixed the issue. I was back on the road with no issues after a short 10 minute recalibration. Thank you Tuffy! I will definitely be back for my electrical issue should they arise.(super friendly and supportive team! Keep up the amazing atmosphere!)
