Monster Tree Service of West Bloomfield

They left a large pile of wood chips in the road for us to move. The only person willing to help was sent away by the owner. The other people from the company just sat there while 2 senior citizens moved it.

Monster Tree was very professional on the job completed at our home. We had several large trees needing removal as well as clearing to be completed on the front of our property. Matthew was on site and very supportive through the process and the team worked diligently throughout the process and did an outstanding job. I have referred them to our neighbors and look forward to working with them again in the Fall/Winter for some additional work. Service: Tree removal

Poor quality work. Monster was out to trim my neighbor's tree, and the worker asked my permission to trim a limb from my tree that overreached the neighbor's yard. No problem. I had spoken to one of their arborists last year, had a good impression of the company, and they were very polite in the request, so I expected they would do a good job... but no. Instead of a clean cut, they left it sloppy - cut at three different angles and well above the collar. (I can see similar cuts in my neighbor's tree). I called Monster twice over the last 2 weeks and left detailed messages hoping they would make this right, but I've been ignored. Edit - at some point Monster came back and cleaned up the cuts in my tree and my neighbors. But they never responded to me to let me know they would be doing the work. Ive changed my rating to two stars.
