        I had the opportunity to work with Bob on a new Arien's snowblower that was delivered today. Although it had been several months since my son and I were at Westenbroek, Bob remembered us and honored his commitment to deliver 30+ miles away in Grand Rapids. Bob made the process of purchasing over the phone seamless, and my new Arien's snowblower from Westenbroek was in my garage in less than 24 hours.
