Couldn't be happier with my choice of Phil Nykamp to sell my home. He was responsive, smart, creative and a pleasure to work with. I'd give him 10 stars if I could. Detail oriented realtor that stayed up to date on the whole sale of my home in and out of town... details, details, details. We ended closing the property at the North Pole! Every step of the way he was in communication with me which helped me immensely. I'd pick him again and again, and never be disappointed that I picked him!
