        I was referred to Tim Tax Service by a friend who says they do a wonderful job. When I called to Schedule my appointment they informed me that they will not take on clients who used TurboTax the year prior, which is their right, of course, but an interesting business decision. Im sure they have their reasons but if youre one of the large part of the population that used TurboTax last year, Tims Tax Service is not an option for you.- As a response to the reply. While talking on the phone, there was no indication that time was an issue. I was specifically told that the company was not taking on clients that had used TurboTax the year prior as the company was having issues when filing taxes for clients taxes who had used TurboTax.
