I attended this church for about 6-7 weeks last year (2022). It is a small church and mostly an older crowd. The people were very sweet. There is a good food ministry and children's clothing outreach there.  The problem was the pastor and elders. They hired an assistant pastor who worked for about 6 weeks. All of a sudden they abruptly fired him. They never followed the scriptures about what to do with a problem with a brother. They just reported it in front of the church one Sunday morning. They told the church that "it was mutual between he and the pastor, that he should leave".  A few days later, I heard my name called in Meijer's while shopping. It was this brother that was fired in our church. He told me in a short convo that he had no clear idea why he was fired. This bothered my spirit quite a bit. I met with the pastor, on this and questioned what happend. He had an attitude and claimed that he was hoping this assistant pastor would be "my best friend". He acted very immature and defensive with me- but never gave any real strong case for abruptly letting him go. Then, this pastor acted snarky with me for asking. This brother, that they fired had a wife and teenage daughter too. This put them in a terrible bind with housing and hardship. They allowed his family to stay some extra time in the old parsonage he was given. I am not sure what happened after that.  I was in all astonishment. This was not good fruit. This pastor / elders need to learn what the word "Harmony" means- because their actions are far from their churches name out front. Also, there is a learning curve in any new job. Plus, to follow what the scriptures say about having a problem with a brother. I would not recommend this church leadership to anyone seriously seeking the Lord.
