I reached out late on a Saturday and left a message. Michelle was out of town and texted with me about what I wanted (flowers delivered on a Sunday, the next day). She communicated beautifully, agreed to do it, and called when she said she would call so I could pay. Truly running a business from where ever she was and delivered a stunning arrangement. Fantastic service from Michelle! I called today - Saturday (late of course!) near closing on Easter Eve for an arrangement for my sweet Mom and she not only took great care of me, she was willing to deliver it to Spring Arbor on her way home! Thank you, Michelle, for the extra care and handling to make sure I got some flowers to my Mom for Easter!!
