REO Town Apartments

Check behind the fridge and stove before you move in. The apartment looked clean but the appliances were full of roaches. They knew about them too, because I found roach traps under the sinks they forgot to remove. I chose not to live here after seeing this. The person showing me the apartment said it smells like the last tenants cooked with a lot of oil when they were showing me the apartment. That is the scent of roaches!

I was so happy to move into the REO town area with REO Town Apartments until I looked at my apartment closer! The whole refrigerator and stove were filled with roach bodies of various stages of life. Roach traps were under the sink. This place has an infestation and I found somewhere else to live. I have photos/video and have the ability to post them here and on Facebook if this is not believed. Want to let other renters know!

Reotown apartments is the best place that somebody can find in Lansing and around this area. I lived there with my husband for 2 years but because of our relocation to Florida we had to move out. I wish we could "take" our apartment with us. It's a very decent and quiet place. The price is very good for the quality that they offer. We are so pleased too because we got our dog in the middle of our lease and the landlords were very supportive and pet friendly. It's an excellent place for pets with so much outdoor space for walks and pet stations. It is very important that the communication with the landlords was perfect and they were very responsive to our requests. We trust this place, the landlords and the staff. They do an excellent job. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who's seeking to combine quality, low price in rent and responsiveness.
