New Beginnings Salon and Spa

I was so stressed and Adelle took it all away,She found my sore spots made me felt great. The spa is newly located at 2208 East Michigan Avenue Lansing Michigan and the place is beautiful. They now offer salon services. I'm definitely coming back again.There is parking in the back of the building on the corner of Magnolia and Michigan.

Received last minute cancellations 4 times. Did not receive any of the massages I bought. If I could give zero stars I would. When I ask about my refund she ghosted me so I had to file a chargeback with my bank. Do not give this woman your money, I'm not sure if there is any business actually going on seeing the other reviews are the same.

If I could leave no stars I would. Completely unprofessional. Not only did they change the date of my appointment multiple times but they went as far as to change the time the day of. Their justification was their client ran late. Im failing to see how thats my issue and why its able to affect my already rescheduled appointment that was made weeks in advance. I was specifically told my appointment would be kept and given their word which apparently doesnt mean anything. I am beyond disappointed and will never return and highly recommend you dont waste your time or money. The area is also less than easy to find. The building itself is messy with flickering lights. It is definitely not the place to go to for your professional or relaxation needs.

Twice I received cancellations. Both last minute. Both I took time off work and arranged childcare. The last was 15 minutes before the appt and I wasted 35 minutes driving there. Extremely inconvenient and irresponsible service.
