Purchased new HVAC system from SLASOR. Craig gave us thorough estimate, very detailed. Jim came to take some final measurements the day before installation, answered questions that I had about the installation. Team arrived on time, all very polite and productive to install new furnace & air conditioning unit. Both Craig & Jim were on the job along with two very capable techs. Cleaned up thoroughly and made arrangements to come back the next day to explain the new system and answer any questions. Very happy we decided to work with SLASOR.

This place saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. I was told by a different company i needed to replace my entire furnace. Slasor instantly diagnosed the actual issue (which turned out to be a common problem with the model i have). They came out and in an hour it was all fixed. I can't recommend them enough.

CALLED COMPANY BECAUSE THEY HAD RECENTLY PERFORMED SERVICE WORK TO FIX A LEAK AT ONE OF OUR BUILDINGS HVAC ROOFTOP UNITS. THE UNIT STOPPED WORKING AFTER THEY HAD BEEN THERE, SO I CALLED AND SPOKE TO A VERY NICE GIRL THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION - ASKED IF POSSIBLY THERE WAS A SWITCH THAT GOT TURNED OFF OR IF THERE WAS SOMETHING THAT I COULD TAKE A LOOK AT TO SEE IF SOMETHING THAT ME OR MY STAFF COULD DIAG AND REPAIR. SHE ASKED ME TO HOLD THEN A GUY GOT ON THE PHONE THAT HAD AN ATTITUDE FROM THE FIRST MOMENT. TOLD ME THAT IT WAS WORKING WHEN HE LEFT THERE AND THAT WE WERE TRYING TO GET ONE OVER ON HIM. STAFF NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT. WOULD NOT EVEN CONSIDER CALLING THIS COMPANY BACK BECAUSE OF THIS OWNERS ACTIONS. TOLD HIM I WOULD CALL SOMEBODY ELSE AND HUNG UP - ANOTHER LIVONIA COMPANY CAME OUT AND RESOLVED THE ISSUE IN 1/4 HOUR - WHICH WAS GREAT BECAUSE THAT WAS THERE MINIMUM CHARGE.
