The employees and manager that were working there tonight 5/2/2022 pm shift are totally and completely incompetent and should all be relieved of their positions and be forbidden from working in the service industry if I owned this location I would be utterly ashamed of myself for allowing it to get this bad our past 2 experiences here have been awful the drive to Fort Gratiot is unfortunately the only option if I want KFC we were over charged they missed one of our coleslaw and when we asked.for no wings and requested legs instead they gave us all wings so we try to call them to work it out no one will answer the phone so calling corporate in the morning

Order at drive thru.. whoever packed the food put the gravy in upside down. Everything was soaked in gravy. Food is now subpar at best.

Zero stars. Although the mashed potatoes reminded me of my elementary schools potatoes, they were old and disgusting. All of my chicken sandwiches orders were wrong. Sad to see this location go so far downhill.

I personally haven't had a bad experience here. My food is generally pretty good and service is fairly quick.

After working 8 hours and you just don't want to cook and they're just happens to be a snowstorm so I drive 5 miles in the snow storm to get some chicken. When I get to the drive-thru it says thanks for choosing my KFC I order. Only to find out there's a handwritten sign that's covered in snow that is unreadable cuz it washed away the marker I'm assuming it said closed but who knows. I have actually drove off when no one responded.
