Her selflessness and willingness to help is such a comfort while navigating all of the unexpected obstacles that life tends to throw our way. The Fiedler Agency is responsive, and always willing to assist in any way that they can. If you are looking for an agency that cares for not only their members but also their staff I highly recommend them.

I have been with Fiedler Insurance Agency a few years now, and I'm so glad I made the switch. They not only saved me over $400 every 6 months over my previous policy with a different agent,, but they also take their time to explain your insurance policies to you, they are very quick to respond to questions and concerns you may have, and are friendly and professional. They sincerely care about the customer, which is something unique to small, family-owned businesses. My husband recently had a crack in his windshield. Tina was very quick to respond with what to do, and I had an appointment set up to fix the windshield within 15 minutes and it was covered under our comprehensive, which was a relief because we were quoted about $500 if paying out of pocket. It's nice to be able to stop in and talk face-to-face with the agents at Fiedler's, or talk to one of them on the phone without going through a bunch of prompts and being put on hold. I highly recommend them.

The gang at Fiedler is amazing! The staff is friendly and professional. If they don't know the answer they will work hard to find it for you. No hard sales, just friendly advice. Tina will work hard to get you the best price for what you need, without the frills that you don't. I strongly recommend!
