ServiceMaster Absolute Home and Restoration Services

My husband and I just closed on our home in Delta Township. The previous owner was a smoker and the house had been closed up for months since her passing. It smelled so bad and the walls, carpeting and surfaces were nicotine stained badly. ServiceMaster Absolute came in and after a long talk with Jane, in a few days, the workers cleaned ductwork, washed walls, and cleaned carpeting so the painter could begin. We are thrilled with the result...we cannot thank them enough! We definitely give them five stars and recommend them highly! Services: Moving clean, Deep clean

Showed up 3-1/2 hours late for a scheduled appointment. Refused to give me the lost item list & bill. Had to get it from my insurance company. Made comments on the water damage that they were not qualified to make after the city inspectors had made a different evaluation. Said they were done dealing with me after they didn't like my comments on the phone. They have no one that came out that has building inspector qualifications to have made the comments they made to my insurance company. They'll be lucky if I don't sue. I'm sure the city is more qualified. Left a puddle of water in the basement when they picked up their equipment.

I had ServiceMaster come out and do my carpets and they did such an awesome job! I didn't think my carpets would ever look so good again.
