I have used Servicemaster to clean my carpets for several years now. Their prices are reasonable and their carpet cleaning is awesome. They are courteous and friendly and go above and beyond. I have pretty old carpeting and they manage to make it look like new every time! I have also used them twice for restoration services and they were awesome for that too. During an unfortunate event this company was referred by the adjuster. It was the most absolute horrible experience ever. No communication, no one knew what the next person was doing, the crew threw out items before they inventoried thankfully we had pictures of the items and took our own inventories of the items. They broke our items, had us spend money for things that were not a necessity, the company caused me to miss days of work due the workers incompetence. They only worked a total of five days over a two week span, do to this unprofessional and bad work ethic and watching them steal our items on camera we hired another company. As if that was not bad enough, they dumped a whole house of items in our driveway knowing no one would be available. So do not hire this company. I hope I never have another catastrophe in my life, one THING IS FOR CERTAIN THIS COMPANY WILL NOT BE ON MY LIST TO CALL IF THEY WERE THE LAST COMPANY ON THE PLANET.
