Recently Mark contacted us to review the coverage we had with Farm Bureau. We put the meeting off as we didn't really want to change anything and didn't want to be sold anything extra. During the meeting Mark found a few items that were redundant in coverage and 2 discounts that saved us dollars. Ive been a customer of Mark Voss agency for many years. Mark has always gone out of his way to help me and keep my rates low. He keeps in touch with me in person, through email and encourages quarterly meetings to review my policies. I appreciate his small town approach, not only is he personable and relatable but he is extremely active in our community and dedicated a ton of time to service work for the small town of Mason. The Mark Voss agency is so helpful! We recently hit a deer and Lindsay and the office staff were so helpful in figuring out what we needed to do and what our insurance covered. They were quick to answer my questions and were honest with me about it! Definitely recommend this agency!

Mark Voss agency is top notch! Working with Deanna Seng was such a joy! She was able to help me accomplish what I needed to get my insurance up to date. Personal, caring, thoughtful and thorough, calling back to let me know it had been taken care of! I appreciate being able to trust they have my best interests at the forefront!

I would give a zero if I could! I have been a valued insured with Farm Bureau for over 20 years first with Dennis Greenman who retired and was AMAZING! Then Mark Voss took over when Dennis retired during the pandemic, and thats was the worst thing for this agency. He can care less about people of color! My payments are directly deducted from my account, and I have NEVER received a call from this agency since Mark Voss took over, even when something catastrophic has happened. UPDATE: Mr. Voss did ONLY call today when he got this review and after his employee was rude and hung up on me. He said hed been taking notes for the last MONTH when I was communicating with Lindsay Voss, but didnt even attempt to reach out to me and assist since hes the LICENSED agent! This office does not return phone calls, or care to assist people of color, but refer you to some other department. I have NEVER spoken to Mr. Voss except today and only because of this review and then he didnt offer any explanation or help, but to say Ill get a call from management in 48 hours. I set up my policy 20 years ago with Dennis Greenman and he was the best! I tried to call today and Deana was extremely rude and said you have legal involved and hung up on me. Lindsay Voss forwarded my request for a hearing to legal so shes the one that got legal involved and not me. YES, I filed a complaint against them because my rights have been violated. Ive had a claim and they have ignored me for over two years despite countless attempts to get help! They sub contract ALL of the claims to a company owned by a former adjuster who sends out rude and racist adjusters to bully you and right up false information, and then retaliate against you if you bring it up to their attention! They want to take your payments then ignore you, bully you, and retaliate against you if you make a claim. I have been discriminated against, bullied and retaliated against by this company and I WILL NOT take this type of abuse from anyone. They sent me a letter when I was out town for winter to cancel my insurance on today January 2 for FOUR pieces of siding missing that they ignored me for over a year when I tried to get help! Then when I get more damage during the tornado I was ignored again and will be filing a consumer complaint. Then they have been retaliating against me ever since instead of helping which is what an agent whose getting payments is suppose to do! They will also forward you to the claims department each time you have a simple question and the claims department sets up a claim for nothing! I even have a claim I found out I have THREE claims that I didnt make and nothing was paid on it for calling and asking a question! What this does it messes up your rating and makes your insurance go up. If you are a minority or probably anyone else beware of this company and look elsewhere for insurance!
