It is with deep regret, that after three years we still get found by you and left a bad review. We built an amazing project for you, we came in after several contractors had built for you and we were warned by both contractors and suppliers from the Lansing are to stay away and we built anyway. You never stopped telling us how much you loved it until we had to change it because YOUR plan and YOUR design didnt meet Township code, in which YOU called them. We admit 100% we did not know that we could not build it that way but because we already did, and THEN you called, you were upset because we wouldnt stay and work for free. As for the back yard drain that gets backed up, you told me and my crew you didnt want to hurt the trees so we couldnt extend the drain, against our advice you then had me build a french drain and I told you it was a "cheap" way to do it and it may not keep up with heavy rain falls. Moral is, 3 years later and rather than reach out and try to work with a contractor to find a resolve, you just keep leaving bad reviews all over the internet. Trying to hurt my business? Rather than be a decent human being and admit, that you had 2 or 3 different contractors out there after me and its still not up to snuff for you...maybe YOU should fix it, since you clearly know how.
