        Got an appointment within 24 hours! Very nice lady, took only 30-45 minutes to do my taxes. But I was shocked when I was hit with the $250.00 bill!!! Only filed simple Federal and State taxes. Then they added $35.00 more for direct deposit! Unbelievable!

        Never will I come here again and have gone for years. I had an appointment, the lady was in the hospital, (I wasnt even told until I got there) and they asked for me to do a drop off. Of course I agreed since it was close to tax day. I was told Id receive a call and never did I hear from them. Called the Williamston branch today and they stated that it was NEVER finished because they had questions. But, guess what?? THEY NEVER CALLED ME. Williamston lady confirmed no call was documented. So now, I will most likely have a fee if I owe in like I did last year. Big F U from the woman who understood your situation and agreed with what I was offered. I would give ZERO STARS.
