        I live near the Charlotte location. Whether it's that location or Mason, you never have the Stihl parts I need. If I need it ordered I can have it sent from Amazon or another online source and it'll be at my door fast and at closely half the price. I'm all for local business but if it's not convenient then it's not beneficial to the consumer. Now I have no reason to go to any location and browse mowers and saws. My advice is to have somewhat of a parts inventory.

        Needed work done on a John Deere riding mower. They did it same day! Kudos to the Service department, especially Keith. Replaced a bad blade and gave me the old ones back sharpened!
