        My visit was a convenient and a quick one this evening online check-in was simple, I got into an exam room within minutes of me arriving, got the care I both desired and needed given the circumstances. I got in, got out with prescriptions sent over to my pharmacy, and hopefully will get better soon thanks to the folks at the Lansing Urgent Care Mason location!

        Worst flipping place to get serious help from. My family has been up there since 9:20AM, mind you they open at 9 and won't allow check in before then, and has not only waited 3+ hours for a rapid covid test for a 4 year old, but the receptionist there is absolutely ridiculous. If you hate your job and life so much, there are plenty other places hiring right now for you to try out. I have worked as a receptionist for 4+ years with 2 of them being in the medical field, and I have never acted the way this woman has been acting. Just because your frustrated that you're busy do to covid. Join the rest of the world, everywhere is freaking busy. Bad attitude, bad manners, no home training obviously and she should be fired. Will not return here and highly advise other people to stay away!! You'll get better service at the zoo.
