Find a different store if you value your time. Seems they only employ 1 staff member. She tried up-selling extra tablets and watches to an older couple that clearly didn't want or need them. After 45 minutes of this we decided to visit the other store in monroe. While we were waiting, a different couple that was there before us had decided to also leave (after browsing the phones) because they said they were tired of waiting to be helped as well. Also there is no wifi at this store to use while waiting for them to fix our issue with the mobile network (the very reason we were there in the first place). Conclusion: our mobile network issue was resolved in 5 minutes down at the corporate store with the simple swap of a new Sim card.

Haley helped my in-laws on 01/06/24 as soon as they opened up. She treated them with nothing but respect and helped them with their phone issues, and even called the Verizon troubleshooting to get their phones working when she couldve just told them to do it themselves. Very professional, nice, down to earth and is a sweetheart. Thanks so much!
