      Its unfortunate that you feel you had a two star experience. Price is the one thing that we have little control over as many factors go into the price from the coverage you select to where you live, how you drive and much much more. In addition we do not get to set the rates, we can only give you the options to choose from. I don't have your full information but please feel free to reach out to make sure you are getting all the discounts you can and that you understand the level of coverage as there is often a balance between coverage and budget. Please let us know if we can help in any way. Many of our best customers leave for a promise of lower rate only to find that it was not what they expected.
