They take advantage of the elderly! My Grandmother paid $500 yesterday to fix her heater and now today its not working again and they are charging her all over again including the inspection fee. I had the same issue with them years ago. I see nothing has changed. Use a different company if you want honest people!

Great customer service! Our furnace went out Monday night and Bowen had another one in the next day. We knew it needed to be replaced. So we had a few companies come out and give us an estimate before contacting Bowen. The other companies were extremely unprofessional and complained about having to go under the house to access the furnace. Bowen never complained once. They were fast, very down to earth and great work! Thank you Bowen!
