This has got to be one of the best apartments Ive lived in so far! The leasing team and the maintenance team are amazing!!! And they are so professional when it comes to their job!

When touring an apartment here, we were moving from out of state. Not only did they use high-pressure sales tactics, but they straight up lied to our faces. The person giving the tour said they allowed co-signers and that we could get our specific move-in date. Afterwards, we sent the application in and it was confusing as it didn't match what he had said before. Then my husband called only for the person who answered to be super rude. They just kept saying it was company policy and they were wrong. At this point, we are frustrated because they have our money. Luckily when I called the girl refunded me. Personally, if they are this horrible at communication I can only imagine what it is like living there. They are overcharging for less space than in other places. Just don't go here. They suck and I hope they close. Oh also, they have an umbrella company with the place next door "Portsmouth", so probably don't go there either. It is probably a company-wide issue.
