There is something wrong with the woman who schedules appointments and works with the insurance companies. She does not follow through with anything. She makes up stories.She gets cases closed and does nothing to rectify the problem. I have been jerked around by her for over a year. Now I have to start all over again with a new claim!! Never again will I use Gerber Collision!!! I don't care if this woman is the owner's mother, she has to go! I believe she has dementia!!! The only other thing that I can think of the total incompetency is that the owner of Gerber Collision forces her to be dumb so that they never admit they cannot get a part . Even the insurance company told me to go elsewhere!!! You can't trust Gerber Collision!!!!

There was an accident recently where the drive side door was damaged by Deertech.
There is nothing wrong with driving, but the door is slightly dented.
However, after repairs, they talked about the phenomenon of the steering wheel being tilted to one side, which was not logical because the door was on the left side, but they were talking about the right suspension.
So I won't trust them

Staff is nice.. that is about it for this place. Unfortunately, we had to bring our car in multiple times due to their gross negligence and incompetence. For some reason, they decided to contact us to pick up our vehicle when the vehicle clearly wasn't ready yet. We had to bring our vehicle in again to re-align the tires which should have been done prior to us even coming to pick it up. When coming to pick it up for a second time, I guess a staff member, Michael, FAILED TO PROVIDE US WITH CRUCIAL INFORMATION regarding damage that couldn't be repaired because insurance wouldn't cover it. This part made no sense. We had 0 issues with handling and steering the car even after getting hit by the deer. This car had no issues with driving and did not need any towing. Instead of fixing issues, you guys create more to give your customers a headache. Good grief. We essentially received a vehicle that was repaired 80% of the way. If you were referred to bring your car in for repair here, please re-consider. You have been warned. I rarely post reviews, however, this experience has just been so awful that it is warranted.
