Verizon really doesn't care if they lose you as a customer

35 mins and waiting for help. Been here twice within one week due to a phone issue and I have to wait when I get here. Ugh.

I have been using this Location since their very first day of business; and I have only ever had one issue with a trainee on his 4th day of work, no, he didnt know his product line,and had not yet grasp the concept of customer service; however the staff member that came over to help him, took care of the problem. and since then, if I ever had a concern or issue. someone on the staff was able to resolve it! the longest time for that was within 24hrs! ihave not ever been refused any request, each question , answered. no rude interactions with any of the staff. yet, I have observed many customers come in being rude, yelling, cursing at staff. yet the staff was always professional. i will continue to be a loyal customer, as i have been since before the name change from airtouch to verizon, back in the real old days of big bag phones&magnet antennae :-) W.Christepher Batts
