Admittedly the visit didnt start off on the right track. The young lady they set me up with at the Genius Bar was probably 25. Im 56. APPLE NEEDS TO TEACH GENERATIONAL COMMUNICATION CLASSES!!! She raced through all the commands and issues with my phone like I was born into the iPhone world. Her 3 inch nails blocked my sight of her racing through icons. I consider myself very technologically savvy but she was so condescending. Id love to call and leave a negative review but it took me an hour to get a worthless appointment. Theres no customer service there. No management! Her response was well your phone was set up wrong. Its your list dont you know who everyone is? My work uses outlook as so many others do. I guess when I saved my work contacts it saved them to outlook. Not the iCloud. Hence I lost almost 350 contacts. Lost lost. I started with 1,120 contacts. Now I have 750 In all my lists. With 341 in outlook that Ill have to manually convert over. And some are duplicates and many are lost. Her little snarky answer was well its your phone dont you know who all your contacts are? Btw. Marissa. YES , I didnt like your answers and yes I was listening to your disrespectful attitude. I shut down the minute you started acting like I was your peer not a customer.
