Unfortunately less then helpful from service to parts. Refuse to determine root cause of issues and proper diag. Likewise, with parts they greet customers with a negative attitude as if you are an inconvenience to them. Sure, im not a huge contractor or have millions in cat equipment but a loyal customer at the least. Redirect your travels to Michigan CAT lansing and have a real CAT experience.
