Yesterday evening our young son was showing signs he needed urgent care for his eyes and what appeared to be a rapidly escalating issue. We contacted At Home Urgent Care and was immediately in contact with Alia. She was professional, kind, and understanding of our panic. She was able to quickly walk us through what we needed to provide electronically and ultimately connected us with a physician within just 30 minutes. The physician was patient as we went through the symptoms (with photos) and he quickly drew the conclusion it was a viral infection. The prescription was ready in under 30 min after we hung up and we began applying the medicine immediately. The improvement to our sons eyes just overnight was significant. Easy and very convenient. I was able to get a quick appointment, spoke with the doctor, and it cost less than what i normally pay for co-pay.
Not being able to leave my home made this my goto platform. Thank you to all who assisted in making this possible.
