Vera Bradley

On September 7, 2023, I took my Mother to Vera Bradley at 12 Oaks Mall. My Mother was diagnosed just prior with Dementia and the two amazing women who were working that day saw the challenges my Mother was having in picking something out. As we were leaving they gave me a blanket for my mother and said they hope it will help get through the tough times ahead. I was in tears. My Mother used that blanket in the hospital and in Memory care. Tomorrow she is likely to go on hospice. I will never forget their kindness! Thank you for noticing and caring!!!

The staff is so friendly! I wanted a pattern that was no longer available at this location, but that I had seen down in Florida, and Jen S and Christine were such big helps. They searched online to see if it was in the warehouse, but I ended up buying a hipster cross body bag in Amethyst Plaid as well as a matching bag that I wanted to use for a lunch bag. Those ladies helped me find the bag I use everyday now.

My daughter received items at her bridal shower and she wanted to exchange for a few different items with a different pattern. The staff was very helpful and she was able to find a number of pieces that are going to help make her honeymoon travel very organized. Nice quality items and many varieties of colors and patterns so there's something for everyone.
