This hotel owes us 1 night due to poor room service, lies in getting our room serviced, using no English speaking housekeepers as an excuse. Paid 8 nights and had room serviced twice. We will not stay again. Very disappointed. writing letter to Corporation.

Marriott hotels show continual problems. On March 3rd we reserved a room because of the storm. Unfortunately, we could not get our car out of the garage and the roads were very bad. I called to cancel, but was told I had to call the main reservations. I called multiple times that day, but could not get through. I finally called reservations and told them my problem. They tried to get through, but could not. You could get to reservations (line 1) or rewards points (line 2). Line 3, which would be cancellations, would connect, but would immediately disconnect. I called the hotel direct, who said I had to call the main office, but that desk clerk couldnt get through either and told the main office I was a no-show. Later that night I tried to set another reservation, but were all booked.
For a finale, Marriott management refused to give anyone back their cancellation money. They purposely blocked the line so we could not cancel, kept my money, and rented out the room booked for me. This is quite a good scam Marriott, once again showing you are 0 on customer service.
