Professional, clean, friendly! Saved us money and peace of mind when another company said we had an extreme emergency with our heater, out of the blue. Turns out, we dont have an issue! So we will have Yates out from now on for our service and might get a new system from them. But not because we were lied to and scared into it, but because they give excellent service and we trust them!

Yates installed two roof top HVAC units for our Mosque. This was our first time dealing with Yates and had primarily picked them based on positive Google reviews. Glad that we chose them. The entire crew at Yates was professional from day1, from Megan at front desk to Shaun (Manager) and most importantly their tech crew (including Dylan and Dante) was very courteous and responsive, did a splendid job. So impressed that we are looking at giving them our annual maintenance work. Way to go Yates team!

My time at this company was a great experience. As I move on to other challenges I wanted to write this review to any potential future employees or customers. The owner Wayne is a phenomenal owner who really looks out for his guys and customers alike. Manger Nick is very smart, he does his absolute best to set up his guys well and knows his stuff for just about any install that comes his way. The office staff does a good job communicating your day, paychecks and potential days off. Company as a whole does a great job working around employees schedules and has never denied a time off request or request to attend personal matters. If youre looking for a company to work for I would highly recommend these guys as you will get experience and exposure to just about everything the hvac world can throw at you. If youre a customer this is a great company to work with! Everyone works well together as a team and is very helpful and hard working.
