I recently inherited two gold chains that belonged to my grandfather and wanted alter them into something a little more feminine so that I may wear them at my wedding. My fianc called and asked if they did jewelry alterations, which they said they did. We came in and were told altering them was impossible, the sales associate assumed we wouldnt be able to afford any changes to the pieces and asked me if my grandpa didnt leave me something easier for her to work with or if I wanted to trade the pieces in, both comments that were incredibly insulting and hurtful. I would never go back there.

We bought our wedding bands here today with a week until our wedding! The customer service here was absolutely outstanding and they have a stunning selection. The owners are some of the kindest people Ive ever met. I highly recommend this place and I will never go to any other jeweler!!!! My mom even cried because of their kindness. Cant wait to come back.
