Orderded business cards at 10am, said it was same day printing, got a call from them saying they're backed up and I need to push the date back, which is fine I understand I don't need them until Sunday so I said Saturday would be fine. Then they called me back 4 hours later saying their machine was down and now it would take 3-5 business days. Why advertise same day prints if you can't do it?? Disappointed. I asked if they could send it to another location I don't mind driving and they said I have to replace the order. Very frustrating.

I have attempted to go for printing about 5 times now over a period of 3 years. In that time period, there has not been 1 single time where their printers were working. It's a bad joke at this point.

Would not recommend. Placed an order at 12 PM for their same day printing service that is offered on their website. Received an automated notification at 1PM that they were getting started on my order. Received another call at 3:30 PM letting me know that my order could not be fulfilled because the printer has been down for the last 3-4 days. Called 2 other nearby locations and their printers were not working either.
