        I work for a property management company and we have a contract with Ehrlich. They have not serviced us in 2 months, they do not answer the phone and previous to that have cancelled service. We will be cancelling the contract!

        I had wasps entering my bed room windows Ehrlich ypsilanti was approached After treatment, the technician said it takes time so he will come again next week. He never came I approached office and they fixed next schedule after second treatment wasp problem remained as it is. I complained and they promised to do something but technician never appeared Dont waste money They have no technical know how and no sense for customer support Simply cheating customers
