        Based on the Google Map, I found and went to this UPS Access Point. It is an Auto Parts store serving as an UPS store. I did not see any UPS sign from outside of the store and left. It would be easier if there is a sign outside showing this is an UPS Access Point. I ended up going to another UPS Access Point to mail out my package. That was a CVS pharmacy with an UPS sign posted outside.

        Its is not a complete UPS store to drop your return items. They accept the return items only if it is fully packaged and ready for shipment. This is irrespective of what Amazon or other has instructions of not requiring packaging.
