Hi Michelle,First, on behalf of Quality Dairy, we would like to apologize for the frustration you experienced earlier today. After investigating what happened, it was apparent that our staff member did not completely understand our policy regarding International IDs & Passports. She should have asked for a second form of ID to confirm your identification. Our policy is to accept passports from any country and confirm the name with a second piece of identification if needed. This employee now understands our policy and it will not happen again in the future. With that said, at Quality Dairy we train our staff members to be very attentive regarding our I.D. Policy. When it comes to alcohol, lotto, and cigarette sales we make a substantial effort to always be good neighbors in the communities where we have our stores. As part of that we work hard to make sure that the IDs that we are reviewing are legit and unfortunately in this case our staff member did not follow the correct steps to insure that.Again, we are sorry for the frustration you experienced today.
