Allstate handled all my insurance needs no hassle.

The agency has a rude lady who hung up on me when I asked about the company policy after I canceled the insurance because I moved to another state. Instead of them returning money to me they took money from me. I will call all state company to see their opinion about whats going on and provide a law suit against this agency. And I also recommend to all the people that I recommended this agency to, to stop.

Allstate has not been reliable for coverage when our basement flooded. It took months to recieve money for damages . We constantly had to send pictures and receipts to no avail. It was also hard to cancel our policies. We sent replies to there emails and weeks later were told they didn't recieve them. I would not recommend Allstate at all if you want peace of mind. Your not in good hands with Allstate.

Called for an insurance quote and was told I would be contacted but, after months, nothing. Then, today, someone from the office called and hung up once I answered the phone. I called back and the lady acted like she didn't call me when, clearly it was her voice. I started to give her my information when she started to mumble something and hung up...AGAIN! WTH is going on in that office?
