So they say pick up will be on a specific day but in small print it says after 5pm. But they Close by 6pm. No Bueno. Stay open later or just put the next day on the ticket so you don't waste people's time.

Been using the Big Bag wash & fold service for a couple months now. Was happy to dropoff/pickup! Then discovered they will pickup/drop at my house in Galesburg. The gal (Lori) really does a great job doing crap I hate doing. Never had a problem with how they do the laundry! Except I have to much!!

Ive been doing business here for 15 years. Friendly people at the Portage Rd location, but lately my white shirts have been coming back stained and yellowed. They offer to redo them but they just come back stain free and yellower. I think its time to find a new cleaner unless they get it together where the laundry is actually cleaned. Its almost like its getting scorched when it gets pressed or the press is filthy.

The staff recognizes us before we even walk in the door and has our order ready. I feel like they provide a personal level of care.
