Waited 2 months for my apt.. Only to be told just 2 days before I was going to move in that I couldn't have my k9. Their unprofessional incompetence left me homeless. I looked for weeks to find a place that allows German shepherds near my new employment. They told me they do allow them. I put GSD on my application along with her weight. Paid the 60 app fee and was approved. I secured the apt with a 200 down payment. 2 months of waiting, for nothing. Then the property manager said I'd have my money within 4 weeks. I couldn't believe it. I called corporate and got my money sent back quick and all they did was say sorry.

I had the most unpleasant experience with this company. The apartment walls and ceiling are cracking and the floors bowed under my feet. Also the dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal were broken as well as the door to the porch had no seal and neither did any of the windows. I reported all these problems when I moved in and they were never taken care of. The carpet was not replaced as it says in the contract before I moved in. The manager EVA was the worst person to interact with, she always made it seem like everything was my fault and was constantly calling me while at work. Dealing with corporate was honestly no better. I would recommend that NO ONE under any circumstances live here. They are structurally unsafe, the management is rude, and they will blame everything on you.

Beautiful apartment! Very nice size rooms, well laid out and lots of natural light! Eva in the office has been wonderful and Justin our maintenance person is great! Thank you to both of them! After being in our home for over 33 years, I was very apprehensive to go to an apartment - but Parker's Landing has taken a huge weight off my shoulders! Thank you Parker's Landing!!

Loved the physical apartment, and Shirley in the office is amazing. However, the manager Eva goes out of her way to make your life more difficult. As an example: I lived there for 3 years and had 1 check bounce (I transferred money out of the account by accident which is obviously my fault), however, Eva informed me that because of this I would have to pay with a cashiers check for the forseeable future. I asked her to get in touch wuth corporate and she said they would just tell me the same thing. After calling corporate MYSELF I quickly resovlved the issue and was allowed to continue paying with a regular check. The next time I went in to pay rent Eva says "Do we have a problem?" clearly irritated that I called corporate and complained. This is 1 if many examples I could provide. Happy to be out of the apartment.
