Love the doctors here...however they were not billing my insurance and I have gotten bills now for 2022 and more recent...odd since always other Sparrow medical places have billed and all was good...after endless calls, going to billing, much stress...still not fixed...so heads up everyone!

Very easy and convenient to get labs and X-rays done especially if you live in Portland. Great staff of friendly and knowledgeable staff.

They have a brand new building and it's amazing!! They have a lab and they have an X-ray department here! Call for hours of operation of course but still ....

I went to Portland sparrow from a child until 2021. I had multiple instances where it felt like they just wanted to collect a check and didnt care about my well being. My whole family went there at one point. When I was seeing Dr. Zuhair Abualrihy I went in for a sharp stabbing pain that left me on the floor for a few minutes. When I went in to see him and explained that to him what I went through he told me it was cramps I ended up in the ER because I was non stop vomiting and in a insane amount of pain within that week and found out it was kidney stones. My dad had an internal bleed for a long time and Dr. Zuhair Abualrihy could not locate it but was giving my dad blood transfusions frequently. I want to say this went on over a year maybe 2. Finally he ended up switching to Dr. TIMOTHY J. IZZO and had the internal bleeding resolved within the month. I dont know what their policy is but I ended up missing an appointment I scheduled the same day with Dr. Christina M. Knoop because I had another migraine and Ive been struggling with frequent ones my whole life. I tried to call and cancel my appointment around lunch but no one was at the phones. It had got to the point where my head was throbbing and light sensitivity was making it worse. I ended up laying down and falling asleep. (Which I dont think I missed any recent appointments) I got a letter in the mail that required a signature not long after that appointment maybe a week later. The letter said they are dropping me as a patient. I didnt get any warning from them and I was on a medication that I struggled to get in the down time in between doctors. Would never recommend this office to any of my friends of family.

First appointment. Had to wait weeks to get in for a BROKEN ankle. Day off, 2 hours before appointment they cancelled on me with zero apology. I had to take the day off work to make this work. The Karen on the phone was annoying.
