This is our 4th home and Wendy Mallek of Sandborn Real Estate was our best realtor of the bunch. Wendy had great communication throughout the process and was always preparing for next steps which made the transaction move along. When the time came she didnt shy away from being a tough negotiator. Side note - Wendy makes the task of looking at several homes fun - highly recommend it as she brings real insight to the experience.
