I have hired All Phase Construction Services LLC to replace the roof on my house twice, once 29 years ago and and again last week (August 2019). Both times they did an excellent job..The owner,Mark Breijak,, makes sure all work is done to a high standard of quality and his crew is respectful and friendly to the customer. I recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality job done. Mark goes the extra mile to make to make sure it is done right.

Mark did not show up to complete our estimate. Stated the weather has him all mixed up. Other contractors showed up earlier in the morning for our scheduled times. Roads weren't bad. Doesn't seem like a reliable contractor.

Very happy with the new siding and gutters. Mark was up front and honest about the whole project; work started and finished on time with excellent results; crew was professional and left the work site cleaner than they found it; price was fair and competitive. I would hire and recommend Mark again for future projects.

I found All-Phase Construction on the internet.  Of course, I wasn't sure what I was going to get.  I found the owner, Mark, to be professional and courteous.  Mark suggested a repair alternative which was less costly and just as effective.  He saved me money and the work done was top notch.  He was able to get to my small job right in the middle of busy season (Late Fall).  So, that was pretty good too.  Very happy that I found him.
