From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Liz, in particular, stood out with her impressive knowledge and dedication to ensuring that her customers are not only satisfied but also well-informed. One of the things that impressed me the most about Liz was her willingness to educate me about the services I was about to receive. Instead of simply going through the motions, she took the time to explain the details, answering all my questions patiently. Her expertise and passion for her work were evident, and it made me feel confident that I was in capable hands. Liz's exceptional knowledge and her dedication to educating customers set her apart from others in her field. The cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of her establishment further enhanced the experience. I had such an amazing experience at Rochester laser center. Its so clean and beautiful inside with an amazing arrangement of makeup/skin care products when you walk in. As well as a fabulous mimosa bar!!! Tanya was my injector and she really took her time to educate me on facial muscles and explanations on injection location for the results I wanted to achieve. She was very personable and patient with me. I highly recommend Rochester Laser Center!!!!!
