        Very poor communication on tax filing.  But the worst was getting an extremely late bill (4 months after asking "where's the bill") and then with added finance charges tacked on. The WORST!!!

        Good luck getting anyone to call or email you back. Ive been working with Randy Howard who hasnt returned my emails for two months. Called another person who worked there, said she would help me and I never heard back from her either.
