        I worked Aislynn to help me understand their new programs.  I was so confused & frustrated but she was wonderful in answering all my questions!  I now understand the program better and happy with some of the changes.  She really was so kind, sweet, & helpful!

        Love Being a Member of HACU Because... The staff are very friendly and on top of things. My local branch offer a nice amount of services and helps with credit needs. I worked with a staff member who printed off my credit report, explained the details of my report and circled the things I needed to pay first to get my score where I needed to be. Willing to update review when I find her name but overall I'm highly satisfied with my local credit union.
